**Our customers' safety is our top priority. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we will continue to properly sanitize all materials used in the creation of our products. There may be a slight delay in shipment as we want to ensure packages are sent out in the safest methods possible. We will be practicing CDC recommended guidelines - being masked and gloved while creating, packing, & shipping your orders. Thank you for your patience & support during this time. 1. What are my shipping options?

Standard jewelry orders will be shipped traditionally via USPS First Class Mail. Rush orders can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express, UPS 2Day Air, or UPS Next Air.  All art prints & originals will be shipped via UPS 2Day Air. Rush art prints & originals can be shipped UPS Next Day Air. 

2. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the U.S.

3. When will my order ship?

*BRACELETS, RINGS, & EARRINGS*
All pre-made orders will ship within 5-7 business days from the date of your order confirmation. All orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed on the following business day. 
All custom orders will ship within 10-14 business days from the date of your order confirmation. Tracking information will be provided for all orders once shipped.

*WAISTBEADS & NECKLACES*
All orders are made to order and will ship within 10-14 business days from the date of your order confirmation. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed on the following business day.
Rush production is available upon request. 

4. What is your return/exchange policy?

HeARTfully Created is designed to bring our customers JOY. For pre-made orders: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to get a full refund, replacement, or exchange. For custom orders: All sales are final due to the nature of the order. It is our goal to make every experience with us professional, seamless, & most of all - painless!

5. What size beads do you use for your bracelets?

We use a mixture of 10mm and 8mm beads at this time.

6. Do you use cord or wire for your waistbeads?

We offer both tie-on & removable options for waistbeads. The removable waistbeads are made with wire & finished with clasps.

7. How will I know that my copper pieces won’t turn colors/rust?

Though it is not recommend to submerge your copper jewelry in water, the material we use is permanently colored and does not tarnish.

8. What happens if the product that I want is sold out?

Don’t fret! We work diligently to ensure that if one of your favorites are sold out, it is back in stock as soon as possible. If there's something that you like on the site & don't see it as a product, send us an email - we'd love to design a custom, unique piece for you!
