Orders & Shipping

What are my shipping options?
Standard jewelry orders ship via USPS First Class Mail.
Rush options include USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express, UPS 2-Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air.
Art prints and original artwork ship via UPS 2-Day Air, with rush options available.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.

When will my order ship?
Pre-made jewelry ships within 5–7 business days. Custom jewelry, waistbeads, and necklaces ship within 10–14 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day. Tracking is provided once shipped.

Digital Products

How do I access my digital download?
Digital files are available for download once payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Are digital products refundable?
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

Paint Parties & Events

Do I need prior painting experience?
No experience is necessary. Our paint parties are beginner-friendly and guided step by step.

What is your event cancellation policy?
Paint party and event tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If an event is rescheduled, tickets may be transferred to a future date.

HeARTfully Created is not responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of products or participation in events. Customers participate at their own discretion and are encouraged to review materials, ingredients, and instructions prior to use.

Shipping Liability Disclaimer

HeARTfully Created is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Event Participation Disclaimer

By attending a HeARTfully Created paint party or event, participants acknowledge and accept responsibility for their own safety and belongings. HeARTfully Created is not liable for lost or damaged personal items.

Digital Product Use Policy

Digital products are licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, duplication, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Custom Orders & Sizing Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization and sizing details. HeARTfully Created is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.
